Whispering Coral | Avantia Damberg

Whispering Coral is a 3 by 1.85-meter sculpture that stands proudly on a pedestal at the edge of the ocean. The built-in fountain cheerfully spouts water in two places during special occasions.

The shape of this sculpture nods to the abstract logo of the Art Hotel Curaçao. It is a white coral stone, characteristic of the type of stones that you find on the coast of Curaçao. When you stand close to the sculpture, you are enveloped by a feeling of serene tranquility.

Looking through the openings to the sea, it seems as if the coral is softly whispering secrets to you.
